About
Owner-led work, built around the details homeowners actually notice.
Dave’s Painting & Renovations is a Milton-based painting and finishing business led by owner David Travis.
The reputation is unusually consistent.
Recent customer reviews describe a contractor who shows up when expected, communicates clearly, works cleanly and leaves a polished finish. That matters because painting and drywall work happen inside the spaces people live in every day.
Careful preparation
Drywall, patches, priming and surface prep are handled as part of getting the final finish right.
Clean execution
Cleanliness and efficient work are recurring themes in recent customer feedback.
Detailed scope
Reviewers describe quotes as detailed and communication as responsive.
Local focus
Based in Milton, with projects across nearby Halton communities depending on scope and schedule.
Painting and finishing under one roof.
Rather than treating a damaged wall, an older textured ceiling and a fresh coat of paint as three unrelated jobs, Dave’s service mix is built around taking the surface from repair through finish.
